Usually I have good luck with HP products, but this one is lousy. There was no instruction manual, but knowing all-in-ones, I put the printing cartridges in and prepared to do some work- it didn`t do anything except continuously print out alignment papers. I had to shut the thing off. I would like to send this back to Amazon for a refund, but it`s going to cost me close to $13.00 to ship back, and I simply do not have the money being near the end of the month- it will have to wait. I have always gotten excellent quality items from Amazon, but this just isn`t worth the money.Get more detail about HP J3680 Officejet All-in-One Printer.
