I've had this for a month and I'm quite pleased.
Printing and copies are clear. I don't use the fax.
Photos are passable, not great.I decided to buy photos online vs
printing at home. Much cheaper and better quality, regardless of the printer.
I have a Vista system and had zero problems with the download.
Those who have problems might want to disable their antivirus software prior to downloads. This can interfere with downloads and cause problems.
Overall, a big thumbs up for the price!
