Originally reviewed this printer in mid-2008 and reserved 1 star due to not knowing long-term performance. Have now had this item well over one year, and it is still going strong. Print quality is exceptional; copies look like originals. Fax works great and so does the scanner. Phone is a bonus. Best price was on line--including shipping, it cost less than at my local store.
