Please read to the end for resolution. The fax itself is just what I wanted. What I didn't want was to stop set-up to drive to Walmart at dark thirty to gat a USB cord that was supposed to be with my package to complete set-up. So I didn't spend $61.80 total. I spent another $21.65. When I logged into Amazon for their packaging review (I bought machine from Amazon) they indicated I had no recent orders. Therefore, I couldn't quickly ask for help. I found an Amazon customer service number online and called. Rep. Belinda, in just over a minute, apologized and promised to refund my credit card. I looked the next morning and it has been credited plus 35 cents (rounded off by rep) This was amazing service for a disgruntled, crabby customer. Good job and kudos to Amazon.
